How does the BoxShop.ca Affiliate Program work?
BoxShop.ca will provide you with links to integrate with your existing web site, which briefly describes our products and contains a special affiliate banner. When one of your visitors clicks on this banner, they will be transferred to Wholesale Packaging Ltd web site. At the same time they will be giving a unique id number that will identify them as a visitor from your site. This enables us to track them, whenever they visit our site, even if they do not come directly from your site, and credit you with a commission on any purchases they make.
What does it cost to join?
The affiliate program is completely free to join.
How do I get started?
Visit the BoxShop.ca Affiliates Login Page by clicking the button at the left of this page, then click on the "New Affiliate" link at the bottom of the page. Make sure you understand and accept the terms of the Affiliate agreement before you proceed. After you sign up, an email will be sent to the email address you supply us with, normally within 1 hour, which will include your Affiliate id# and password. You will be able to login to "Affiliate Home" and upload banners or text links to your site. Simply upload the text links or banners to your website and you are all set to start earning commissions.
Can I make changes to my Billing/Contact information?
Yes, you can make changes by logging in at the Affiliates Main page. This will take you to your personal Account Administration page where you can update details as necessary.
How do I know if there is a transaction from my site?
When you become a BoxShop.ca Affiliate Member, you will be assigned a user ID. From "Affiliate Home" you can view your account information including the number of times the BoxShop.ca banner was shown, (impressions), the number of total click-throughs from your site to BoxShop.ca and details of pending or confirmed sales and commissions.
How are transactions tracked and credited to me?
The banner on your site has a specially coded link containing your sites unique Affiliate ID code so that every time a user clicks on it, they will be assigned a cookie with your affiliate id#, and we know to credit you if they make a purchase on our site. Our affiliate software assigns a unique code to all visitors from your site, so that even if they do not make a purchase on their first visit to our site and subsequently return at a later date, we will be able to give you credit for the transaction! The cookies last for 14 days.
How much will I get paid?
You will be paid commission on all qualifying sales of 10% (minimum) of the Total Order value. Percentage rate is negotiable.
How do I get paid?
By check sent to the address you gave us on your sign up form.
When do I get paid?
You will be paid by check once a month, provided your commission earnings are at least $50. If your earnings are lower than this they will be carried over until the first month in which you have earnings of at least $50.
How will I be able to monitor my sales from day to day?
Log in to your account administration page from the Affiliates Login page. Here you will find the current status of your account showing number of impressions, click-throughs and sales (pending and confirmed) from your site.
